Mercy Health Seaway Run / Lake Michigan Half Marathon Training Plans 

Our new Race Director has developed a training calendar for the 2017 Mercy Health Seaway Run/Lake Michigan Half Marathon. This at home training plan combines information that has been proven to be successful from the Hal Higdon's Marathon page and training programs (more information on Hal Higdon can be found here.)
