What are the costs to participate?
All dates and prices are posted on the RunSignUp page for the Seaway Run. Please be advised that prices will increase each month leading the race.
What is included in my registration?
All event registrations will include a Seaway Run shirt with the option for a tech shirt upgrade for and extra $10. Participants will also have the option during registration to opt out of receiving any shirt ($5 discount). All particpants will receive a drink ticket with their registraion to be used at one of our local breweries.
Participants in the Half Marathon will also recieve an official Mercy Health Seaway Run Half Marathon finishers medal.
How do I know if I’m registered correctly?

What shirts are available this year?
We are consoildating all the shirt design to ONE SHIRT this year. All particpants will get a cotton shirt and have the option to upgrade to a tech shirt for a cost of $10. There WILL BE a men’s and womens cut!
Can someone ride beside me on a bike?
Where do I park on Friday and Saturday?
Where and when do I check in for my event?
Can I check my gear while I participate in the event?
There will NOT BE a gear check area for 2020.
There is plenty of parking near the start / finish area that you can leave your items in your vehicle.
Are the courses certified?
The courses are NOT USATF-certified, BUT all have been measured to be the correct race distances.
Is pace information available at the start? Will pacers be offered?
How do I wear my participant bib?
I won’t be able to participate. Can I still pick up my shirt?
Yes, absolutely! Please stop by and pick up your shirt and participant bib during Late Registration/Packet Pick-up Friday June 21, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at LC Walker Arena, 955 Fourth Street, Muskegon or at Packet Pick-up on Saturday, June 22, 2017 beginning at 6 am. at the Event Information Tent.
Shirts WILL NOT be mailed out to participants that do not show up. Sorry!
What will be available at the aide (spirit) stations?
Will there be portable restrooms available? Where will they be located?
When/where will I find race results?
Within minutes of your finish you can see your results! Printed on your bib is a Unique QR code. Scan this code with your smart phone to see your results. QR code readers will also be available in the finish area. Individual results will posted here after 4 pm on race day.
Printed results will also be posted near the awards area around 10 am the day of the race.
Will there be showers available after the event?

NO baby joggers, strollers, pets, roller blades or bicycles will be allowed on the course during any timed event (half, 10K, 5K running events) for the safety of all participants.
All are welcomed in the Community Fun Walk for strollers.
How will my race time be recorded?

Can I listen to an iPod or portable music player while participating?

Why do you call them “Spirit Stations” instead of just “Aide” or “Water” stations?
