Training Plans
To help you prepare for the Trinity Health Seaway Run, we’ve developed training plans tailored for runners of all levels, from beginners to advanced. Whether you’re looking to complete your first race or achieve a personal best, our plans are designed to guide you every step of the way. COMMUNITY TRAINING RUNS
Why train alone? Join fellow runners for our community training runs! Runners of all paces are welcome to come together in the months leading up to the Seaway Run, creating a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
