TRAINING CAMP
HOSTED BY RUN MUSKEGON
Get ready for the Seaway Run 5k with our Training Camp hosted by Run Muskegon. Meet Tuesdays at 6 PM and Saturdays at 8:30 AM from May 5th through June 25th to prepare for race day on June 27, 2026. Sessions take place at Beachwood Park, running along a scenic and calm portion of the Seaway Run course.
Work with a certified coach, follow a tailored training plan, and run with a supportive group to keep you motivated.

FAQ
How long is each camp session?
Plan for about 90 minutes of training.
Are there bathrooms?
Yes! Restroom facilities are available at Beachwood Park.
Will there be water or snacks?
Water is provided at the park. Feel free to bring your own snacks if you want extra fuel.
Can I change at the camp?
Restrooms are available, but we recommend arriving ready to run so you don’t miss a minute of the action.
What’s the weather policy?
We will make a call two hours before each session and you’ll be notified if it’s cancelled. If lightning or thunder appears during camp, the session will be delayed or cancelled.

COMMUNITY TRAINING RUNS
